(S) No.1463 of 2015 & Review Petition No.14/2016, respectively. (2) Counsel for the petitioners may also make additional representation to the competent authority and, in turn, the

authority concerned shall ensure the compliance of this Court's orders dated 11.01.2016 as well as 02.03.2016 in its letter and spirit.
