The dispute raised by the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition was in respect of non-payment of the G.P.F. amount with interest. 2.
Pending the Writ Petition, the respondents have now come up with a stand that in due course of time, the entire G.P.F. amount with interest has been paid to the petitioner.

As such, the grievance of the petitioner so far as the G.P.F. amount is concerned have stands redressed.

However, in case if there is any other monetary benefits/retiral dues payable to the petitioner which has not yet been paid by the department or the deductions if any have been made by the respondents, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge or claim the same by way of a separate proceedings drawn after making a detailed representation in this regard to the respondents.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off as having become infructuous.
