The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of W.P. (C) No. 4621 of 2019, which got dismissed by a peremptory order passed by this Court on 17.12.2019.

For the reasons assigned in the application and also considering the submissions made by the counsel for the applicant, subject to the applicant paying a cost of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund, Account No. 32749718036 within a period of 10 days from today and furnishing the copy of the receipt of the same to the Registry W.P.(C) No. 4621 of 2019 would stand restored to its original number.

It is further expected that the applicant shall remove the default, if any, within a further period of ten days. The present MCC accordingly stands allowed.
