(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though salary is being paid to the petitioner to the post of Category-6 but till date, the order of promotion has not been given to him for which, he has made representation before respondent authorities, which is still pending and therefore, direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to decide the same expeditiously. (3) Be that as it may, SECL is directed to consider and take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance

with law preferably within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
