Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 28/08/2017 (1) Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the show cause notice issued by the District Education Officer, Bilapur dated 26.05.2016 has been replied in detail but the same has not been considered and decided. He submits that the DEO, Bilaspur by its impugned order held that proceedings for cancellation of affiliation is being initiated.
(2) On the other hand, counsel for the State opposes the writ petition.
(2) Be that as it may, District Education Officer, Bilaspur is directed to consider the reply filed the petitioner and passed reasoned and speakig order in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
