Agrawal Order On Board 14/02/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not been promoted to the post of Forest Range Officer but the respondent No. 6 has been promoted on the said post ignoring his seniority, for which he made representation to the respondents No. 2 & 3 but the same has not been decided till now and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider and decide the same expeditiously. To which, counsel for the

State has no objection.

(2) Be that as it may, the respondents No. 2 & 3 are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
