1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since as on date the place where the petitioner has been transferred vide order dated 24.02.2021 has already been occupied by respondent no.7. Let the petitioner be permitted to approach respondent no.1 for appropriate change of place of posting

where the order can be executable and a place which is nearer to the present place of posting so that the petitioner does not face much hardship/inconvenience in compliance of the order of transfer.

2. Given the said request by the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer a representation to respondent no.1 keeping in view the fact that respondent no.7 is already occupying the post where the petitioner has been transferred.

3. Subject to the petitioner making a representation within a period of 7 days from today, respondent no.1 is expected to take a decision at the earliest within a further period of three weeks time thereafter. 4.
