(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has retired from the service on 31.10.2012 but Second Kramonnati and other allowance have not been given and other junior employees have already been granted the same against which, he has made representation before respondent

No.2 but as the same has not been considered and decided till now and therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner for grant of second Kramonnati and other allowances in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
