1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner society is registered under the Chhattisgarh Gau Seva Ayog and the President is Pritam Singh Chandravanshi and according to the instructions the cheques are to be operated by the President, Treasurer & Mahamantri, however, the respondent Bank is not allowing the operation of the account without any sufficient reason.

2. Learned counsel for the Bank, on instructions, would submit that the Bank has not stopped any transaction to the authorized signatory and on the earlier occasion some cheques were presented but before it could be processed, it was withdrawn.

3. In view of such submission of the respondent Bank, the petitioner society Nandini Gaushala Samiti may operate the account through their

authorized signatory subject to just exception of any statutory or any judicial or administration order.
