1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition (criminal) with liberty to file fresh application before the Supeintendent of Police, Bilaspur under Section 154 (3).
2. As prayed for, the aforesaid liberty is granted. If such an application under Section 154 (3) is moved by the petitioner, the
Superintendent of Police is directed to consider his application strictly in accordance with law.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition (criminal) stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner.
