1. After arguing for fairly long time, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner may allowed to file application under Section 156(3) of the CrPC or the complaint under Section 200 of the CrPC before the jurisdictional Criminal Court.

2. In view of prayer so made, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to file application under Section 156(3) of the CrPC or the complaint under Section 200 of the CrPC in accordance with law.
