Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working on the post of Sweeper in Government Primary School, Dudhopara (Bhakura), but he is not being paid salary by respondent No.3 though he has made a representation.

In view of above, respondent No.3 is directed to look into the matter and consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of

copy of this order strictly in accordance with law. The petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation, if any, along with copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
