The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the non-payment of salary from September, 2020 to February, 2021. 2.

The dispute of non-releasing of salary seems to be on account of certain order of transfer, which was issued pertaining to the petitioner, which has subsequently also been cancelled by the Department themselves. Meanwhile, however no order as to how the intervening period and why the petitioner would not be entitled for salary has been decided by the authorities concerned.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No. 2 & 3 to

-2take an appropriate decision in respect of the salary of the petitioner for the period between September, 2020 to February, 2021 at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
