1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 19.09.2019 passed in WPS No. 6622/2019.

2. The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is the subsequent advertisement which has been issued by the respondent and the recruitment which has been made thereon. This Court, on due consideration of the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioners, is of the opinion that the case of the petitioners would not fall within the ambit of the contempt of Court as defined under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

3. Perusal of the record would show that petitioners have not challenged the subsequent advertisement and it is also not very clear as to whether the petitioners have participated in the said recruitment process or not.

4. Under the circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that no contempt as such is made out, reserving the right of the petitioners to avail other remedies available to them under law.
