2. Taking into consideration the grounds urged in the application, I am satisfied that just and sufficient cause is made out for non-appearance of

-2the applicant/petitioner on 20.4.2016 when the case was dismissed for want of prosecution.

3. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Order dated 20.4.2016 is hereby recalled and the Writ Petition (C) No.645 of 2016 is restored to its original number.
