1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the order of transfer dated 15.02.2021 transferring the petitioner from Kawardha to Balod.

2. Considering the age of the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has remained at the present place of posting for more than 8 years and that the transfer is being made to the adjoining district, this court does not find any strong case for interference with the order of transfer, however it shall be open for the petitioner to raise his grievances so far as the transferred place is concerned by making a suitable appropriate representation to the respondent No.1 in accordance with rules and the respondent No.1 in turn shall consider the same on its own merits in terms of the transfer policy.
