Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is entitled for the time bound pay scale (Kramonnati Vetanman) as per the circular of the State Government dated 03.11.2011 for which he has made representation before the respondent authorities on 22.07.2017 but has not been considered and decided till date. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 - Chief Municipal Officer, Municipal Council Mungeli is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation for grant of time bound pay-scale expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
