(2) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 5 is directed to consider and decide the appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order in accordance with law. (3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
