1. As the Petitioner No.1 has retired from service, this petition survives only in respect of Petitioner No.2.

2. The grievance of the Petitioner No.2 is against the order dated 05.03.2014 whereby he has been transferred from Lailunga to Baramkela.

3. By virtue of interim order granted in favour of Petitioner on 21.04.2014 he is discharging his duties at Lailunga till now.

4. At this stage, learned State counsel submits that they shall not insist upon the compliance of the impugned order any further, however the State may have the liberty to pass a fresh transfer order in case the need so arises.
