1. Heard Counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. For reasons mentioned in the application for restoration as also for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application, I.A. No. 1 of 2015 for condoning delay of 132 days and the substantive application for restoration are allowed. Writ Petition (S) No. 462 of 2013 is restored to file subject to the condition that the paper-book, as was submitted before us shall be filed within 30 days from today. In absence of compliance without need of any further formal orders, the present application for restoration shall be deemed to have automatically been dismissed with attendant consequences.
