2. Learned counsel for the parties would agree that this Court may direct the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur to hold DPC for considering promotion to the post of Principal, Higher Secondary School, at the earliest.

3. In view of the statement made at bar, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur, to convene the meeting of DPC and finalize the promotion within a period of one month from today.
