This petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 29.01.2020 passed in WPS No. 9349 of 2019 (S.K. Tembhurkar Vs. State of Chhattisgarh) wherein this Court directed at Para 7 as follows:
"In the result, the order rejecting the representation dated 01.10.2019 (Annexure P-1) is set aside. The matter is remitted back to the Grievance Reddressal Committee again to reconsider the case of the petitioner in view of the grounds claimed by the petitioner that he is officer bearer in the Union, therefore, he would be protected from transfer. The grievance reddressal committee may decide the same within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till then, the transfer order of the petitioner shall not be given effect to"
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation has been filed by the petitioner on 04.02.2020, therefore, the period of 90 days has not passed.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, I do not find that any contempt has been made out in this as of now. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed. Sd/- GOUTAM BHADURI JUDGE R a o
