AWARD (Passed on 09th December, 2017) The contesting parties 'to this appeal have amicably settled/compromised the dispute, which is subject matter of this appeal, voluntarily. We have also found thatthe terms and conditions of compromise/settlement arrived at between the contesting parties are just, proper and legal and hence are acceptable and and we accordingly accept the compromise/settlement, proposed by the parties and order that in addition to the amount of compensation gr awarded by the Tribunal, the respondent No.3, The Oriental Insurance Company Limited shall pay to the appellants a sum of Rs.3,25,000/- (Three Lacs Twenty Five Thousand Only) by way of compensation, within two months from today, otherwise, interest @ 6% per annum from the date of present award, shall also be payable till its realization. »\\\ '
