Agrawal Order on Board /0 5 /201 (1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing her on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 322/2014 registered at Police Station Dabhra, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 326 & 307/34 of Indian Penal Code. (2) Applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court by order dated 16.06.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.2397/2015. (3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
