This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.38/2011, registered at Police Station-Anti Corruption Bureau-Bilaspur Distt.Bilaspur (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 13(1) (e) and 13 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
