1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to proceed in accordance with law. She submits that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the suit also.

2. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. The petitioner shall also be at liberty to file application for withdrawal of suit before the Court below and to avail the remedy available under the law. No order as to cost(s).
