The petitioner through the present writ petition is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for regularization. Though, petitioner has been appointed in accordance with the rules governing the field and have put in more than 25 years of continuous service on contractual basis. According to the petitioner he also fulfill all the eligibility criteria for the post against which he is working and having put in more than 25 years of service. The petitioner should have been considered for regularization keeping in view the circular of the State Government dated 05.03.2008 and subsequent circulars in respect of the regularization.

Given the limited grievance of the petitioner this Court is of the opinion that no purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending rather ends of justice would meet if the respondent No. 1 is directed to take a decision in respect of the petitioner and other similarly placed persons keeping in view the circulars dated 05.03.2008 or subsequent circulars arising out of the same dealing with the issue of the regularization. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
