1. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that this case may be disposed off with a specific direction to the learned Family Court, Raigarh to dispose off the proceedings under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. within a time frame.
2. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the respondents have in their favour an order granting interim maintenance, subsequent to which, the respondents are not interested in getting the proceedings concluded under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C., therefore, the petitioner is facing hardship. Hence, a direction be issued.
-23. Considered the submissions and on that basis this petition is disposed off at motion stage. Learned Family Court, Raigarh is directed to expedite the proceedings in M.J.C. No. F79 of 2017 within a time-frame of six months from the date this order is passed.
