By filing the instant MCC, it is prayed on behalf of the applicant that the Registry may be directed to provide original agreement to the applicant for placing the same before the Arbitrator as the said original agreement was submitted by the applicant in the hearing before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice in Arbitration Application No.28/2015 and the said application was disposed of vide order dated 16.01.2017.
