On due consideration and submissions of counsel for the applicant, we are satisfied that the applicant has shown sufficient cause for nonappearance of his counsel on the date when the case was called for hearing.

Accordingly, M.C.C. is allowed and the WP(PIL)

No.58/2015, which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 13.04.2016, is restored to its original number.
