Ltd., is hereby directed to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) before the Tribunal over and above the compensation amount already awarded by the learned Claims Tribunal, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this award. The said amount shall not carry any interest.

It is directed that the said amount be paid to the appellant without making any condition like fixed deposit and the said amount shall be paid to the appellant through cheque.
