The petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers. "10. 1 To call for the records of the case for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.
10.2 To issue an appropriate writ or order or direct the Respondent no. 2 to implead the word 'Importer' in the eligibility clause of Rate Contract Offer (E-bidding) Document for Supplying of Agricultural Micronutrients for the year of 2021-22 in the State of Chhattisgarh 10.3 To issue an appropriate writ or order and direct the Respondent no. 2 to consider the candidature/ bid of the petitioner after impleading the word 'Importer' in the eligibility clause of Rate Contract Offer (E-bidding) Document for Supplying of Agricultural Micronutrients for the year of 2021-22.
10.4 To issue an appropriate writ or order and direct the Respondent No. 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner before last date of filing the bid/RCO ie. 04.03.2021.
10.5 Any other relief deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted."

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments whereby the tender has been cancelled, for floating fresh tender, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the matter.

Permission is granted.

Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
