The claim of the petitioner is for a direction to the respondents to consider her claim for grant of compassionate appointment. 2.
Brief facts of the case is that, the petitioner's Husband late Motilal Chandrawanshi while working on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-I (Panchayat) died in harness on 12.02.2011. After sometime, the petitioner in the capacity of widow of the deceased employee had applied for grant of compassionate appointment. The respondent No.3 vide Annexure P/5 dated 26.05.2016 directed the petitioner to appear before him (respondent NO.3) on 02.06.2016 at 2 PM. According to counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner appeared before the respondent No.3 on the said date and thereafter no results/decision has been communicated to the petitioner.

Given the said facts and that till date the claim of the petitioner has not been rejected, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment in accordance with rules and regulations and the circulars of the State Govt. issued from time to time and final order be passed at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner would also be entitled to make a fresh representation in respect of the same along with all relevant records that she has in her possession, if she so choses. 4.
