Also heard on I.A. No.1 of 2016 for urgent hearing and I.A. No.2 of 2016 for hearing during summer vacation. On due consideration, both are disposed of.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.4 be directed to consider the representation dated 1.4.2016 given by the petitioner within a reasonable period on its own merits and with this direction, the instant writ petition may be disposed of accordingly. 5.

As prayed, the instant writ petition is disposed of without appreciation on merits. Respondent No.4 is directed to decide representation dated 1.4.2016 if submitted by the petitioner for consideration on its own merits as per provisions of Rules and Laws prevailing. If the petitioner is not gave representation dated 1.4.2016 as per Rules, he is directed to submit a fresh representation before the respondent No.4 and respondent No.4 is directed to decide the same within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, instant writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner may file copy of this order before the respondent No.4 for compliance.
