1. This matter arises from the judgment dated 19/07/2017 passed by this Court directing the matter to be considered and finalized by the Secretary to the Department of Cooperative, Government of Chhattisgarh within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is seen that the Contempt of Court proceedings dated 20/02/2019 came to be presented before this Court on 22/02/2019. It is seen that the said proceeding is beyond the time limit and will not come within the purview

of Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act. The learned counsel seeks for permission to withdraw the contempt matter without prejudice to the rights and liberty to file other appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

2. Permission as prayed for is granted. Contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
