This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.32/2010, registered at Police Station Chando, District Balrampur Ramanujganj, C.G., for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 397, r/w 34 of I.P.C. And 25 & 27 of Arms Act. 2.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial as five prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

With the aforesaid observation, second bail application is disposed of.
