The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by the order of attachment and freezing of bank accounts.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner offered that if order of attachment is withdrawn, the petitioner shall pay balance amount of Rs.11,70,880/- within a period of 30 days. 4.
On the other hand, learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that if the petitioner gives aforestated undertaking before the concerned respondent
authority, the same would be considered and the respondent authority may also consider withdrawal of attachment.

In view of submission made above, let the petitioner furnish undertaking with an affidavit before the respondent authority and as soon as it is submitted before the respondent authority, the respondent authority may consider withdrawal of attachment subject to the condition that within a period of 30 days from the date of withdrawal of attachment, an amount of Rs.11,70,880/- shall be paid by the petitioner.
