1. Heard.
2. The present petition has been filed on the ground that though petitioner has been paid the gratuity amount but certain amount is left to be paid.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Rs. 10,35,723/- is still due to the petitioner, therefore, he has filed an application before the Chairman, C.G. Rajya Gramin Bank (respondent No. 2) to grant such gratuity amount along with interest and prays that the same may be directed to be decided.
4. Without any observation on the merits since limited prayer is made by the
petitioner to decide the representation (Annexure P-3) and in view of the availability of alternative forum under the Gratuity Act, it is directed that Respondent No. 2 shall decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-3) within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
