Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representation before the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Raigarh which is pending consideration till this date and therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same, expeditiously.

In view of the above, Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Raigarh is directed to do well and take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
