(3) Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents submits that it would be considered and decided by respondent No.4-Divisional Forest Officer, Kawardha in accordance with law.

(4) Be that as it may, respondent No.4-Divisional Forest Officer, Kawardha is directed to proceed in accordance with law and to pass appropriate order.
