1. Since all the applications arising out of same crime number i.e. Cr. No.35/2020 they are being considered and decided by this common order.

2. The applicants have preferred these applications for grant of anticipatory bail, as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.35/2020 registered at Police Station Gariaband, District Gariyaband, for offence punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Applicants allegedly sold paddy showing same to be the yielded from their agricultural land whereas, in fact, they were growing vegetables and not paddy in their agricultural field.

4. Learned State Counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on anticipatory bail.

6. Accordingly, all the applications are allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicants, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting officer with the following conditions:-

(a) they shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(b) they shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.
