The petitioner appearing in person would submit that the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat, Jashpur has not complied with the order dated 19.12.2017 (Annexure P/16) passed by respondent No. 1, against which this writ petition has been preferred by him. 2.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the Commission

would submit that the petitioner has not approached to the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat, Jashpur for compliance of the order dated 19.12.2017.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties, considered their rival submissions and gone through the records with utmost circumspection. 4.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make an application / representation before the Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat, Jashpur to comply with order dated 19.12.2017 passed by the Commission. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No cost(s).
