1. Counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the writ petition at this

juncture with a direction to the respondents to consider releasing of salary of the petitioner for the month of December, 2020 as the petitioner stands relieved only on 31.12.2020, therefore, he is entitled for salary for the said month.

2. Given the limited relief that the petitioner has sought for, let the petitioner, in addition to the representation that he has already made, make a fresh representation to the respondent no.3 to consider the claim of the petitioner for releasing salary for the month of December, 2020 at the earliest, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of submission of the fresh representation of the petitioner.

3. As regards any other grievance that the petitioner has, he would be at liberty to make an appropriate representation to the respondent no.2 for ventilating his grievances particularly in respect of the order of transfer and the relieving order.
