1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing issuance of notice dated 25.4.2016 in respect of meeting which is scheduled to be held on 2.5.2016.
-22. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the place where the meeting is to be held has not been indicated in the notice. Earlier, date of meeting was fixed on 19.4.2016, but no communication has been made as to what proceedings were drawn. Seven clear days notice has not been given resulting in violation of provisions contained in Rule 3 (3) of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Gram Panchayat Ke Sarpanch Tatha Up-Sarpanch, Janpad Panchayat Tatha Zila Panchayat Ke President Tatha Vice-President Ke Virudh Avishwas Prastav) Niyam, 1994.
3. The petitioner has rushed to this Court on the aforesaid allegation when "no confidence motion" is not passed against him. It is only when the "no confidence motion" is passed against him, he may have a cause of action. In the event any motion is passed against the petitioner, the petitioner may challenge the action on the ground which are being stated in this petition.
