Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 03/05/2016 Heard on admission.
1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a limited direction to the Appellate Authority to consider the appeal and application for stay which is pending for consideration. It is submitted that the appeal against rejection of renewal application has been filed on 22.04.2016 along with an application for stay.
2. As there is application for stay filed by the petitioner before the Appellant Authority, the Appellate Authority is expected to decide the stay application expeditiously as possible.
3. At this stage, no specific direction for disposal of the appeal can be issued because the appeal, itself has filed on 22.04.2016. However, as stated above, stay application should be considered at the earliest.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not commented upon the merits of the case and the Appellate Authority shall decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
