Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made objection / representation on 08.06.2017 on the seniority list published for the post of Upper Division Teacher on 31.03.2017 that has not been considered and decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 1 and 2 are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation / objection on seniority list strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the affected parties.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
