This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.258/2015, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A & 304-B/34 of IPC. 2.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of two months as out of thirty prosecution witnesses, fifteen prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

With the aforesaid directions, second bail application stands disposed of.
