This Court by order dated 2.11.2016 in Writ Petition (227) No.556/2015 (Faguram Vs. Maniram and others) directed that on payment of process fee, Tahsildar be called for examination.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that Tahsildar has already been examined on 5.10.2015, therefore, his examination is not necessary.

Be that as it may, the trial Court is directed to look into the same and if Tahsildar has already been examined and he
further examination is not necessary, then his examination may be dispensed with. It is left to be decided by the trial Court. The trial Court is at liberty in this behalf. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of.
