1. Though the matter is listed in default, the senior counsel appearing for the petitioner makes a submission that he is restricting his claim for a direction to the respondents that his representation which is pending consideration before the respondent No.1 be considered at the earliest.

2. The said prayer is not opposed by the counsel for the respondent No.1.

3. In view of the same the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that the respondent No.1 shall ensure that the representation of the petitioner, which is pending consideration before them should be considered as early as possible preferably within a period of 60 days.

4. It is expected that the authorities concerned would be passing a speaking order.
