After arguing for sometime, Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant W.P. (227) with liberty to file an appropriate appeal before this Court under the provisions of Land Acquisition Act, 2013, in accordance with law. 2.

As prayed, the instant W.P.(227) is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, without any appreciation on its merits.

Registrar (Judicial) is directed to return the certified copies of the Annexures to the Petitioner after keeping the authenticated true copy of the same alongwith the case.

No order as to costs.
